Lévis, Quebec is divided into three arrondissements or boroughs.

These correspond to the most of the territory of the former Desjardins Regional County Municipality and Les Chutes-de-la-Chaudière Regional County Municipality, which ceased to exist on January 1, 2002 when they were merged into the expanded city of Lévis.

Each borough is further divided into districts (secteurs), which correspond to former independent municipalities. There are ten districts in all; each borough has either three or four districts.
