Bosanski Novi ([[Latinic alphabet]: Bosanski Novi, commonly known as Bosanski Novi), previously known as Bosanski Novi is a town and municipality in northwestern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina entity, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is situated on the Una river on the border with Croatia (opposite the town of Dvor).

In the census of 1991, the municipality of Bosanski Novi had 41,541 residents, including:
- 25.040 Muslims (33.24%)
- 14.101 bosnian orthodox (66%) (See: Orthodox of Bosnia and Herzegovina)
- 1.557 Yugoslavs (3.73%)
- 403 Croats (0.96%) (See: Croats of Bosnia and Herzegovina)
- 564 others (1.38%)
