Bottineau is a neighborhood in the Northeast community in Minneapolis. Its boundaries are Lowry Avenue NE to the north, University Avenue NE to the east, 16th and 17th Avenues NE to the south, and the Mississippi River to the west. Coordinates: 45°00′29″N 93°16′06″W / 45.0081°N 93.2683°W[3]
