Bouffémont is a commune in the Val-d'Oise department in Île-de-France in northern France.

Geography [edit]
The town is bordered Domont, Moisselles, Baillet, Chauvrys, Saint-Prix and Montlignon.
The city is divided into three districts:
- Hauts -Champs is the district that includes most homes.
- The hyphen is the area between the high fields and the village.
- The village is the old part of town.
Bouffémont is, like many municipalities in the Val d' Oise, a commune of residence, where people go to work every day in other cities in the region.However, the city hosts a major health facility depending on the Student Health Foundation of France who is, by far the largest employer in the locality.[1]
