Bowen Secondary School is a government school in Singapore. It offers subjects like LifeLit, which is a combination of English & Literature and offers a wide variety of CCAs and subjects up for hold for the students.

Bowen Secondary School started in 1982 in the growing new town of Ang Mo Kio.It has seen been striving to improve the quality of the school and has introduced " I Believe, Therefore I Am " as the goal of the school. Bowen Secondary is best known for its performing arts, including the military band and choir. Its military band achieved a gold in the Singapore Youth Festival (SYF) Central Judging in 2008.
It has also won the Singapore Tourism Board(STB)'S Best Educational Event Organised by a Public Educational Institution in 2008 and has been actively been participating in exchange programmes with countries like India, China, Japan, Taiwan and etc.
On 4 December 1999 Bowen made its historic move to new premises along Lorong Napiri. In year 2000, the school started the new millennium as a single session school with 1374 pupils and a much improved Secondary One intake.In 2009, the minimum aggregate score for PSLE, is about 221.[1]
