Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada (in French: Fondation canadienne des tumeurs cérébrales) is a Canadian charitable organization that offers support, education and information to anyone in Canada affected by a brain tumour. The organization also funds brain tumour research and has granted over $3 million in research funding since its founding in 1982. Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada is based in London, Ontario. The chief executive officer is Carl Cadogan.

The organization publishes three different patient handbooks that provide information about brain tumour diagnosis, treatment and quality of life. Support groups, a toll-free information and support line, learning events and online education are also available resources to assist those on the brain tumour journey. Specific programs are available for pediatric brain tumour patients and survivors.

Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada is a member of the Brain Tumor Funders’ Collective.
