Branigan is the first album by singer Laura Branigan, released in 1982.
The album included two singles: "All Night With Me", which failed to enter the Top 40,[1] and an English version of the Italian hit "Gloria", which made the singer a star.[3]
The album included ballads "If You Loved Me" and "I Wish We Could Be Alone", the latter written by Branigan. It also included the pop-rock "Please Stay, Go Away" and the straight-ahead rock of "Living A Lie".
The album was certified gold. Her Eurodisco version of "Gloria" was nominated for, but failed to win, a Grammy Award for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance.
