In 2004, post-grunge band Breaking Benjamin released the Live EP as a promotional disc, to be included with certain "limited edition" We Are Not Alone CDs. All songs were recorded live at Mississippi Nights[1] by Nathan Hershey, Phat Buddha Productions, St. Louis, MO. The EP was mixed and mastered by Kyle Kelso.[2]

[edit] Miscellaneous information
- During the bridge of "Medicate" Aaron accidentally plays part of the outro solo.
- The song "Water" is extended due to the duel solo building up to the intro of the song.
- All four songs were previously released as studio recordings for the album, Saturate.[3]
