Brenda Watson (born May 15, 1953) is a natural health practitioner specializing in digestive care, nutrition, and internal cleansing and detoxification. Brenda became interested in holistic medicine when she faced her own struggle with poor health early in life. She has since dedicated her career to helping people improve their well being through natural remedies. Brenda is also the president and co-founder of Tampa Bay, Florida-based ReNew Life Formulas, Inc., which develops and manufactures herbal supplements. A New York Times best-selling author,[1] she has earned recognition with her PBS specials and television appearances.

Brenda Watson, C.N.C. has been a natural health practitioner for more than 20 years. Inspired by the holistic healing principles that helped her overcome her own battle with prolonged illness, she began her career in alternative medicine in 1993 with the establishment of five natural health clinics in the state of Florida specializing in herbal internal cleansing and detoxification. Through her clinical work, Brenda discovered the natural remedies that helped her patients improve their health and soon after began formulating her own herbal blends.
In 1997 Brenda and her husband Stan Watson founded ReNew Life Formulas, Inc. The Tampa Bay, Florida-based company manufactures and distributes natural digestive care products and functional foods. ReNew Life reaches more than 3 million people annually through a commitment to retailer and consumer education and maintains a facility in Boulder, Colorado and a Canadian division located in Ontario.

• 1993: Brenda became a licensed Colon Therapist and established five natural health clinics in the state of Florida. Treatment focused primarily on herbal internal cleansing and detoxification, as well as colon hydrotherapy, nutritional counseling, massage therapy and acupuncture.
• 1995-2005: Brenda served as president for the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT), during which time she helped develop the I-ACT Ambassador Program for therapists and instructors.
• 1996-2006: During this time Brenda developed the ReNew Life School of Natural Therapies Anatomy/Physiology curriculum for Colon Therapy Licensure, as well as the curriculum for Colon Therapy Apprenticeship Programs in the state of Florida.
• 1997: Together with her husband Stan, Brenda founded ReNew Life Formulas, Inc., as well as its sister company, Advanced Naturals. Advanced Naturals develops natural digestive care formulas for natural health practitioners, colon therapists and medical doctors.
• 2003 to Present: Brenda continued her education, earning her credentials as both a Doctor of Naturopathy (N.D.) and a Certified Nutritional Consultant (C.N.C.). Brenda serves currently as the President of ReNew Life Formulas and Advanced Naturals.
