Brendon Sinclair

Brendon Sinclair (born 21 November 1966 in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia) is an Australian writer who specialises in the Internet industry.

He is the author of The Web Design Business Kit, writes a newsletter with 140,000 subscribers and maintains a web site 'blog'. Sinclair also speaks extensively on Internet issues with business students, business groups and lectures at Griffith University.

Sinclair trained as a Registered Nurse (Nursing Sister) from 1985-1988 at St Johns Hospital, Hobart, Tasmania before moving on to work at St Helen's Hospital (now Hobart Private Hospital), Hobart. In 1997 he moved from Tasmania to pursue a marketing career in South East Queensland.

Sinclair has completed in endurance events including Ironman Triathlon, marathon running and ultra marathon cycling.

Sinclair is the President of the Palm Beach Scout Troop and Vice President of the Gold Coast Media Club.

In September/October 2008 Sinclair cycled across Australia from Swanbourne Beach in Perth, Western Australia to Surfers Paradise, Queensland - a distance of 4,500 km in 30 days. He cycled with his 15 year old son Jack Sinclair who became the youngest person to cycle across Australia.
