Brett Weldele is an American comics artist and originally from Great Falls, Montana.

Weldele attended the Savannah College of Art and Design and received his BFA there in Sequential art.

Weldele has also worked on The Surrogates (with Robert Venditti), Shot Callerz (with Gary Phillips), Julius (with Antony Johnston), and Couscous Express (with Brian Wood). He worked for Marvel Comics on the limited series, The B Sides. In addition to his books, Brett creates promotional artwork for film festivals and events which cater to comic book-themed audiences.

He currently resides in Portland, Oregon, where he has recently completed the graphic novel prequels to the Richard Kelly science fiction film, Southland Tales.

He is currently working on the Edo-period action piece Silent Ghost, for Markosia Comics.
