In 2001 alone, Kerkove received 13 nominations for AVN awards, more than any other male or female performer that year.[4] She is also known for her involvement with the genre or act of fisting in videos.[5]

She started directing in 2001,[1] working for companies such as Metro Studios and No Boundaries.[6] Her first feature movie as a director was Babes Illustrated 15.[7]
