The Peninsula Traffic Congestion Relief Alliance (usually shortened to Alliance) is a public transportation service in San Mateo County. It operates a shuttle bus network that supplements SamTrans's fixed-route and shuttle system. The Alliance is funded and maintained by various local governments[1] and private businesses within the county.
