The British Association for Emergency Medicine (BAEM) was the representative body for emergency physicians in the United Kingdom.

It was originally known as the Casualty Surgeons Association when it formed on October 12, 1967 and later the British Association for Accident and Emergency Medicine.

The organisation merged with the Faculty of Emergency Medicine of the Royal College of Surgeons in February 2008 and is now known as the College of Emergency Medicine.
