Bufo minshanicus is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family. It is endemic to China. It is known by the common names of Gansu Toad or Minshan Toad. Its natural habitats are temperate grassland, rivers, intermittent rivers, swamps, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marches. It is threatened by habitat loss.
