The Bugun River (Kazakh: Бөген) is a river of southern Kazakhstan. It flows for 164 km with a basin area of 4680 km². The river begins at the confluence of the rivers Ulken-Bugun and Bala Bugun, flowing from the south-western slopes of the Karatau Mountain ridge. The river is used for irrigation.
