Busan Subway Line 2 (2호선) is a line of the Busan Subway that crosses Busan, South Korea, from east to west, running along the shores of Haeundae and Gwanganli, and then north toward Yangsan. The line is 45.2 km (28.1 mi) long with 43 stations, with 1 not operating. The line uses trains that have six cars each.

Although construction on the first section began in 1991, a 22.4 km (13.9 mi) route, with 21 stations between Hopo and Seomyeon; it was not opened until 30 June 1999. With Phase 2, the line was extended 8.7 km (5.4 mi) southeast from Seomyeon to Geumnyeonsan on 8 August 2001. It was extended 0.9 km (0.56 mi) north to Gwangan on 16 January 2002, and finally, on 29 August 2002, it was extended 8 km (5.0 mi) east to Jangsan.

Part of phase 3, started in 1998, extended Line 2 north from Hopo to the Yangsan city hall. Originally, it was to have 7 stations, reaching the Bukjeong region; but currently, only 4 are built, with only 3 operating. The city of Yangsan gave up to build the rest of the construction, and there is a plan for a light-rail connecting the Bukjeong area to Nopo Station of Line 1.

A ride through the entire line takes about 1 hour 24 minutes.
