BTS Group AB(BTS) - is a multinational learning and development consultancy headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. The company was founded in 1985 and is one of the early pioneers in business simulations and other discovery learning technologies.
BTS has been known through most of its recent history as the world's largest business simulation company. The company has over 300 workers worldwide and 19 global locations. The company is broken into three key practice areas: Strategic Alignment and Business Acumen, Leadership and Sales Transformation.
A public company in the Consultant/Education industry. It is traded on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
The company primarily develops and runs business simulations, which can include: live facilitator led simulation experiences or remotely delivered e-learning solutions.[clarification needed]
