Byrd–Hagel Resolution

The Byrd–Hagel Resolution was a United States Senate Resolution passed unanimously with a vote of 95–0 on 25 July 1997. The resolution stated that it was not the sense of the senate that the United States should be a signatory to the Kyoto Protocol.[1]
