The CBS Television Stations are a group of television stations owned by CBS Corporation. As of 2009, CBS Corporation owns 28 stations, broken down as follows: 14 are the key stations of the CBS Television Network (plus two satellites); nine are aligned with the CW Television Network, which is co-owned by CBS with Time Warner; two independent stations; two stations affiliated with MyNetworkTV, and one low-power outlet carrying MTV Tr3s programming.

The group was founded on May 24, 2000, after the merger of Viacom and the previous CBS Corporation, as the Viacom Television Stations Group; it was a merger of the Paramount Stations Group with CBS's owned and operated stations division. It was rebranded to its current name on January 3, 2006, after Viacom split itself into two publicly traded companies. However, the "new" Viacom is still controlled by National Amusements.

Due to the CBS Mandate which requires CBS O&Os to identify themselves as "CBS [Channel number]", many CBS TV stations share the same logo and branding setup. The local channels may also personalize their ID by adding their call sign and/ or location as in the case of New York City's WCBS. However, some stations have abandoned use of the standardized CBS Mandate system and have their own identity, such as Boston's WBZ.
