Claro (formerly CTI Móvil) is a mobile network operator with headquarters in Córdoba, Argentina that operates in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay (where it was formerly known as Port Hable), owned by América Móvil. Beginning March 25, 2008 it is known as Claro. Also provides service in Antarctica.
