CTS Fahrzeug-Dachsysteme

CTS Fahrzeug-Dachsysteme ("CTS Car Top Systems" in Germany) is a supplier of convertible tops. Long a subsidiary of Porsche AG, that company agreed to sell it to Magna International in late 2005 for roughly $470,000,000.
