América CV Network was a Spanish television network in the United States. The network launched in 2007 with owned and operated stations in New York City, Chicago, Miami, and San Juan until November 2009. The network and owned and operated stations was bought through a joint ownership between Sherjan Broadcasting, owner of WJAN-CD as the majority owner and Mediaset through its Spanish broadcasting firm Mediaset España Comunicación became the minority owner. Both broadcasting companies added their additional programming content to the network's existing programming. The network was dissolved on July 31, 2012, as all four stations in the network took affiliation with MundoFox, which soft-launched the day after, with the official launch coming August 13.
