Café Cartel

The Café Cartel is a restaurant-chain based in Singapore serving American cuisine, particularly from the New York region. The Cafe Cartel restaurants serve sandwiches, pastas, pizza, snacks, pastries, coffee, ice-cream and hearty mains (e.g. seafood, beef, chicken, pork). The restaurants provide complimentary servings of fresh home-made bread at an additional cost. It currently operates eight restaurants across the island, i.e. Bishan (Junction 8), Tampines (Tampines Mall), Bukit Panjang (Bukit Panjang Plaza), East Coast Road (Springvale), Orchard Road (Plaza Singapura), Marina Square and Jurong East (IMM Building), Serangoon (Nex Mall). There are also three outlets in Jakarta, Indonesia.
