Caffè breve (caf-ay brev-ay) is an American variation[1] of a latte: a milk-based espresso drink using steamed half-and-half (a 50:50 mixture of milk and cream) instead of milk.

- A Mocha Breve is a similarly prepared drink with an ounce of chocolate, and is typically served with whipped cream.[2]
- An Iced Breve is a Caffe breve served over ice.

A 12 oz. (tall) Caffe Breve contains 426 calories, 37 grams of fat, and 15 grams of total carbohydrates. It contains 27% daily value of Vitamin A and 36% daily value of calcium. A caffe breve contains a high amount of saturated fat.[3]
