Calicut Medical Journal

Calicut Medical Journal is an open access medical journal published by the Calicut Medical College Alumni Association. It is edited by P.V. Ramachandran. The journal recently caught the headlines in both regional and national newspapers by becoming one of the most accessed medical journals in India.[1][2] The journal was hailed as a good example how developing countries can leverage themselves to success in the Open Access arena.[3]
