California's 46th State Assembly District is one of 80 districts in the California State Assembly. It is currently represented by Democratic Speaker John Pérez of Los Angeles.

District profile [edit]
The district currently consists of 4.45% of Los Angeles County and includes the entirety of the cities of Huntington Park, Maywood, and Vernon, and 14.79% of East Los Angeles, 34.4% of Florence-Graham, and 7.98% of Los Angeles.
2011 redistricting [edit]
After redistricting in 2011 by the California Citizens Redistricting Commission, the new district now includes 4.7% of Los Angeles County. Places in the district include the Sherman Oaks, Valley Glen, and Van Nuys neighborhoods of Los Angeles.
