The California Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Cal/OSHA) protects the public and workers from safety hazards and enforces the U.S. State of California's occupational and public safety laws. Cal/OSHA also provides information and consultative assistance to employers, workers, and the public regarding workplace safety and health issues. The current Chief of the Division is Juliann Sum.
