2014 will take place on June 3, 2014, to elect the California Superintendent of Public Instruction election Superintendent of Public Instruction of California. Incumbent Tom Torlakson is running for re-election to a second term in office.
A nonpartisan primary election will be held on June 3, 2014. If no candidate receives a majority of the vote, the top two finishers will advance to the general election, which will be held on November 4, 2014.
