The Cambridge Concert Orchestra is an amateur orchestra based in Cambridge, England, specialising in light music.[1][2] The orchestra was founded in 1967 with the receipt of a large quantity of sheet music from the defunct BBC Variety Orchestra via its conductor, Charles Shadwell.
