Cambridge Sports Union

The Cambridge Sports Union (CSU) was founded in 1962 by Larry Berman and Sara Mae Berman and consists of three semiautonomous sections: running, skiing, and orienteering. The running section was founded in 1962 as a component of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU). In 1964, the club added the skiing section and joined the United States Eastern Ski Association. In 1972, CSU added an orienteering section and was a charter club of the United States Orienteering Federation (USOF). The club's headquarters are in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
