Campiglia Marittima is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Livorno in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 90 km southwest of Florence and about 60 km southeast of Livorno.

- Palazzo Pretorio, now seat of an Archaeological Museum
- Rocca San Silvestro, a fortified borough built by the della Gherardesca family in the 10th-11th centuries to command this mining area.
- Pieve of San Giovanni (known from 1075), in Pisane Romanesque style. It is home to a Sator Square.
