Capital Mortgage Funding is a mortgage bank, located in Southfield, Michigan. It was founded in Spring 1992 by Harry Glanz and Dan Burke. In 2007, CMF was named the 7th largest mortgage lender in the Metro Detroit area by Crain's Detroit Business, moving up from its 2006 ranking of 8th.[1] The Detroit Free Press named CMF Michigan's Best Workplace in 2008 for companies with 51–250 employees.

CMF also holds a radio show on 97.1 FM The Ticket WXYT-FM in Metro Detroit on Saturday mornings called "The Hardcore Mortgage, Real Estate and Business Show." The show is hosted by Harvey Freed and Alex Nefouse.
