The Capture of Naples (or Capture of Neapolis) refers to the hostile military takeover of the city of Neapolis (Naples) prior to or during the period known as the Second Samnite War.
The Second Samnite War (from 326 BC to 304 BC) was fought by the Romans and the Samnites.
The Samnites seized Neapolis in 327 BC.
The Romans later captured Neapolis and made it an ally of Rome.
