Carl Ludwig Hablizl

Carl Ludwig Hablizl or Hablitz (1752–1821), also known as Karl Ivanovich Gablits, was a Russian botanist.

He was born in Königsberg. He was the author of Physical description of Taurichesky area, its position and three empires of nature (1785).

The standard author abbreviation Hablitz is used to indicate this individual as the author when citing a botanical name.[1]
