Don Carlo Emanuele Maria (Carlos Manuel María) Ruspoli y Soler, di Brazzà-Cergneu-Savorgnan y Borghi, dei Principi Ruspoli di Poggio Suasa
e di Cerveteri (Rome, October 29, 1949 –) is the 3rd and last Duca di Morignano, Nobile di Viterbo e di Orvieto, Patrizio Romano, Prince of the Holy Roman Empire, and iure uxoris Duque de Plasencia. Firstborn son of Galeazzo Maria Alvise Emanuele Ruspoli, 2nd Duke of Morignano and first wife Doña María Elisa Soler y Borghi (San Salvador, June 25, 1926 –), of the Marqueses de Rabell. His great-great-great-great-uncle was Cardinal Bartolomeo Ruspoli. He is also a half-second cousin once removed of actor Bart Ruspoli.

He is Doctor of Architecture of the University of Rome.

He married at La Puebla de Montalbán, near Toledo, Toledo Province, October 11, 1975 Doña María de Gracia de Solís-Beaumont y Téllez-Girón, Lasso de la Vega y Duque de Estrada (Madrid, March 12, 1957 –), Grande de España, 19th Duquesa de Plasencia (February 22, 1974), 19th Marquesa de Frómista and 25th Marquesa del Villar de Grajanejo, of the Duques de Arcos, Duques (formerly Condes) de Benavente, Duques de Gandía (descendants of Saint Francis Borgia and Pope Alexander VI), Duques de Medina de Rioseco, Duques de Osuna, Marqueses de Berlanga, Marqueses de Frechilla, Marqueses de Jabalquinto, Marqueses de Toral, Condes de Alcaudete, Condes de Fuensalida, Condes de La Puebla de Montalbán, Condes de Oropesa, Condes de Peñaranda de Bracamonte and Condes de Pinto; also Spanish Red Cross nurse and restorer, by whom he had an only daughter:
