Carlos Manuel Dias Saavedra (born 1 February 1981 in Lisbon) is a Portuguese footballer who played for Ermis Aradippou in Cyprus, as a central midfielder.

During his career, spent mainly in Portugal's lower leagues, Saavedra represented G.D. Estoril Praia, Sport União Sintrense, F.C. Barreirense, C.D. Trofense and Odivelas FC. In 2008, he signed a two-year contract in with Doxa Katokopias F.C. in Cyprus.

After two seasons, Saavedra continued in the country, joining AEK Larnaca FC, who immediately loaned him to his previous club.
