Carreño Group is a public affairs firm based in Houston, Texas. The Houston Business Journal has ranked Carreño Group as one of the top firms in its market.[citation needed]
Carreño Group conducts multi-media, multi-cultural campaigns with strategies that connect its clients with Latino audiences. National clients have included Aramark, Exxon Mobil, Miller Brewing Company, Philip Morris, AT&T, and Shell Oil.

In September 2009 Carreño Group stated that it would no longer serve on the campaign of Pam Holm for Mayor of Houston.[1]
