Christian ministers are Christians who are engaged in any sort of Christian ministry. They may be ordained or licensed, or they may be laity. They may do traditional work of "ministry" (i.e., preaching, presiding at worship, etc.), or they may be involved in more holistic, even nontraditional, work. They may carry the title "Reverend", Pastor, or Priest, or they may carry no title other than Minister.
