A category for:

• Meetings between officials, members, or representatives of governments of different nations.

• Any international governmental groupings which exist mainly through conferences, rather than through any formal structure or organization.

• Any treaties, or other diplomatic documents, if the meetings which produced those treaties or documents were of historical importance.

• Any meetings between representatives of different national governments, whether between diplomats, delegates, or heads of state, or any other officials or public servants of different governments; and whether formal or informal, and whether meetings, discussions, negotiations, summits, conferences, mediations, or state visits.

Note: This differs from Category:International conferences category, as it is only for conferences of officials, delegates or diplomats from governments, not between international business organizations, or other associations.
