For example, {{citation needed|some reason for the need}} should be replaced with {{citation needed|reason=some reason for the need}}

Note: Users sometimes misuse the {{citation needed}} template by putting questioned text inside the template as a parameter rather than putting the template after the text. In these cases, it may be best to use the {{citation needed span}} template to solve the problem.
