What does this category mean?[edit]

What does it mean that an article is in this category? Does it mean there are too many external links? That some external links are dead? That some are linked to directly instead of in a reference tag?

All of the above, as far as I can see. It's basically flagging that there's something wrong with the External links section that needs the attention of an editor for whatever reason. Greggers ^{(t • c)} 20:07, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
