Centaurus Financial (CFI) is a United States based privately-held independent broker/dealer and registered investment advisor licensed to offer securities, wealth management services and financial planning products to the investing public.
The company was founded in 1992 by J. Ronald King [1] to serve as a “back-office” to independent financial advisers, processing investment transactions and offering them compliance support, continuing education, marketing services and technology.
CFI has grown from a handful of Registered Representatives into a national presence with over 650 advisors and 200 branch locations, supported by approximately 50 employees.
