Cernache do Bonjardim is a parish (freguesia) (municipality of Sertã) in central Portugal. It is often wrongly spelled Sernache do Bonjardim (due to the old form of spelling, that was it a "S").
The Portuguese hero Nuno Álvares Pereira was born in Cernache do Bonjardim on 24 June 1360.
The population of the parish is of 3 283 inhabitantes (2001), in 72.06 km2.
The parish chairman (presidente da junta de freguesia) is Diamantino Calado Pina (end of term 2009)
