César Augusto Ramírez Caje, nicknamed El Tigre (The Tiger), is a Paraguayan footballer born 24 March 1977 in Curuguaty.

Striker Ramírez currently plays for Cerro Porteño, having previously played for Flamengo and, among other clubs, Sporting Clube de Portugal where his good performances granted him presence in the 1998 FIFA World Cup.

Ramirez came to Flamengo in 2005 and stayed in the club for about a year, there he played a total of 32 matches scoring 11 goals. At Brazilian Série A he had 16 appearances scoring 5 goals, at Brazilian Cup he had 6 appearances scoring once and had another 10 appearances at Rio de Janeiro State League netting 5 goals. He still is the club's tenth all time top scorer among the foreigners.
