[edit] Achievements

Chadbourne Elementary School was designated as a National Blue Ribbon School in 1989.[4][5] The school achieved the highest test scores in the district, and was considered to have an innovative curriculum, despite the assessment being made at a time of teacher unrest.[6]

Chadbourne has also been designated a California Distinguished School four times, most recently in 2006.[4][7]
