Changi International Airport Services (Abbreviation: CIAS; Chinese: 樟宜国际机场地勤服务公司) is currently the second largest ground handling provider at Singapore Changi Airport, providing services for 27 scheduled airlines and to about 40 non-scheduled airline companies, including cargo handling, catering, as well as security services.

CIAS was incorporated in December 1977 by the Port of Singapore Authority and five airlines, namely Air France, China Airlines, Garuda Indonesia, KLM and Lufthansa. With the liberalisation of the ground handling market at Changi Airport however, the company was bought over by the Dnata Group, a company based in Dubai with Temasek Holdings retaining shareholding. As a subsidiary of DNATA, it underwent a rebranding campaign in June 2005, and spent about 11 million dollars to upgrade its current capabilities and opened a new CIP (commercially important people) lounge that has internet access, shower facilities, and refreshments.

Its security services were amalgamated into the new Temasek-owned Aetos Security Management.
