Charles Hugh Alison was a first-class cricketer who played four matches for Somerset County Cricket Club between 1902 and 1905. He also appeared in the Minor Counties Championship for Buckinghamshire in 1911. He made his highest first-class score of 20 against Oxford University in 1904. He was born on 5 March 1883 in Preston, Lancashire and died on 20 October 1952 in Woodstock, Cape Town, South Africa.
