Children of the Corn was a hip-hop group formed in the early 1990s consisting of neighborhood friends/Harlem rappers Mase (then known as Murda Mase), Big L, Cam'ron (then known as Killa Kam), Herb McGruff and Bloodshed. a record deal. They got paid any way they could, rhyming Cam'ron signed with Epic and McGruff inked a deal with Uptown. A collection of the group's songs, entitled Children of the Corn: The Collector’s Edition was released in 2003.
