The Chippewas of Georgina Island First Nation are an Ojibwa (or Anishinaabeg) people located on Georgina Island in Lake Simcoe, Ontario. Of the First Nation's registered population of 666 people, 181 live on their reserve and 485 live outside of it [1]. They are one of a handful of First Nations in the Greater Toronto Area.

The chippewah 1st Nation reserve on Georgina Island is serviced, seasonally, by a car-ferry withn a capacity of about 20 vehicles.
